14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your ChatKeeper subscription. If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
- Only first-time purchases of a subscription plan are eligible for a refund. Subsequent renewal payments are not eligible.
- One-time refund per customer. If you've previously received a refund, you may not be eligible for additional refunds.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email our support team at support@chatkeeper.example.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include the following information in your email:
- The email address associated with your account
- Date of purchase
- Subscription plan purchased
- Reason for requesting a refund (optional, but helpful for our product improvement)
- Our support team will process your request within 2 business days.
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:
- Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Subscription Cancellation
When a refund is processed, your subscription will be automatically canceled. You will lose access to premium features immediately upon refund processing. Any data you've created while using the service will remain in your account, but premium features will no longer be accessible.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- After the 14-day refund period has passed
- For subscription renewal payments (only initial purchases are eligible)
- If you've violated our Terms of Service
- If you've already received a refund previously
Annual Subscription Prorations
If you cancel an annual subscription after the 14-day refund period, we do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of your subscription. Your subscription will continue until the end of your billing cycle.

We understand that special circumstances may arise. If you have a unique situation that isn't covered by this policy, please contact our support team. We'll review these cases individually and work with you to find a fair solution.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Changes to this policy will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the change.
